transparent, and designed for both individual and institutional investors. You can
invest directly into our fund, with all administration handled by Prescient Fund
Services.

Step 1: Complete the Application
Download and complete the relevant application form below:
- Individuals (Natural Persons) – Individual Application Form
- Legal Entities (Companies, Trusts, etc.) – Entity Application Form

Step 2: Submit Required Documents
Attach the required FICA (Know Your Client) documentation as outlined in the
application form. FICA requirements differ depending on your investor type
(individual, company, trust, etc.).

Step 3: Application Review and Investor Number
Once your documents have been reviewed and verified, you’ll receive your Investor
Number, confirming that your investment account has been successfully opened.

Step 4: Transfer Your Investment
Using your allocated Investor Number as reference, transfer your investment directly
to the fund’s designated bank account as specified in your confirmation
correspondence.
- Minimum Lump Sum Investment: R5,000
- Minimum Monthly Debit Order: R500
You may invest via lump sum, debit order, or both, depending on your preference.

Step 5: Ongoing Reporting
You’ll receive monthly statements and an annual tax certificate from Prescient Fund
Services, the fund’s independent administrator. Prescient ensures that investor
accounts are accurately maintained, transactions are processed efficiently, and all
reporting complies with regulatory standards.
